Review by Jorris Mine, Belfast Telegraph:
"A weekend lunch for two turned into an extended moment of joy and discovery.....there was an element of imagination and inventiveness and a clear ability to redefine old favourites to make them utterly seductive."
The Butcher’s Block at the 4th Wall is a dish worth sharing and contains the best of meat from local meat supplier, Roger Meats. Enjoy tender lamb rack with spiced couscous, pork belly bites with apple puree and pickled carrots, merguez sausages with peppernade and pulled beef with celeriac remoulade, all served with local vegetables and a choice of potato, washed down with a bottle of Hilden craft beer.
The Butcher’s Block costs £50 based on two people sharing.
