Situated beside the bus station, within a short walk of the town centre and the main shopping areas, the centre can provide you with local and national tourist information, accommodation booking service, fax and photocopying service as well as an extensive range of souvenirs.

Description

Ards Crafts, situated within the Visitor Information Centre, provides a showcase for the talents of local artists and craftspeople in a beautiful retail space. Available to purchase is an extensive range of handmade jewellery, ceramics, woodturning, pottery, textiles and much more. Ards Crafts hosts a programme called 'Meet the Maker' which provides the opportunity for the public to see the person behind the creations, either through demonstrations or workshops held within the centre.

Within the centre, 'The Space' exhibition area features a variety of local history, photography, craft and other exhibitions throughout the year.
