Belfast International Airport
Belfast International Airport is located centrally within Northern Ireland and is also convenient to the border regions of the Republic of Ireland. Belfast city centre is only 30 minutes away by car, whilst Derry/Londonderry is approximately one hour and 25 minutes away by car.
Situated approximately 17 miles north west of Belfast City Centre (30 minutes away from Belfast city centre by car via the M2 motorway). From the airport terminal, follow the signs for Belfast, through Templepatrick village and then onto the M2 motorway.
A regular airport express service with Ulsterbus links the airport with the city centre at the Europa Bus Centre (near the Europa Hotel). Journey time is approximately 30 minutes.
Car hire is advisable for visitors who wish to travel around Northern Ireland, and there are car hire desks located in the arrivals hall, all of which are open for all inbound flights.
Directions to Belfast International Airport
From Belfast: Take the M2 northbound, turn off at Junction 5 and take the A57 for 7 miles until you reach Belfast International Airport.
