Award winning authentic Italian street food establishment in Belfast City Centre. The owners brought family recipes from Milan to Belfast, making DinaDina the home of the Piadina, a famous, freshly baked flatbread, in Ireland.
Alessandro de Meo, owner, was the first to bring Piadina, DinaDina’s signature freshly baked flat bread, from Italy to Ireland at the end of 2013 at the famous St. George’s Market in Belfast.
The restaurant opened in 2015 in the central location of 52 Upper Arthur Street, just next to Belfast City Hall. DinaDina won the award as 'Best World Cuisine' in Antrim and Ulster at the Irish Restaurant Awards 2016 and 'Best Street Food' at the Yes Chef Awards 2017. Nice, simple and casual (just like Italian cuisine should always be), the restaurant offers very high quality fresh homemade food at very affordable prices, adding a great, authentic, welcoming Italian touch. Pair this with a quirky atmosphere, fun attitude and streetart on the walls, and you will be transported to the streets of modern Milan.
DinaDina's menu includes the signature Piadina with plenty of choices for fillings including parma ham, salame milano, homemade Italian sausage and Italian beef, marinated chicken fillets, mild and smoked cheeses, vegetarian options and much more. DinaDina also offers the most authentic Italian stonebaked pizza in Belfast three nights a week.
Add a nice home made ciabatta bread, pasta, great specials, plus unique home made desserts and good proper Italian coffee to that... and you’ll have the real full Italian experience at DinaDina!
