EDŌ is ideal for those wanting to experience a range of tastes through a sharing themed menu. For those who prefer a more traditional service, the starter and main course format is still available.
Edo is one of only a very small number of restaurants to cook using a Bertha oven, which allows for the chefs to cook with apple and pear wood to give dishes a distinctive, smoky flavour.
