Christmas Craft Workshop: Christmas Baubles
On Christmas Day 1916, the men on board HMS Caroline spent the morning decorating the ship and 'by 10.30am when the bell rung for church, the whole deck was tastefully draped in colour. An abundance of bunting was used and greeting cards were willingly lent to make up for absence of evergreens', according to William Crick, Boy Telegraphist.
Learn how to make your very own Christmas bauble decorations on board HMS Caroline with artist Bobbi Purdy.
This is a free activity for adults, however spaces are limited and therefore advance booking is recommended.
