Titanic Dining Experience at Rayanne House (17 Jun)
Rayanne House is a five star period guest house and restaurant in Holywood located five miles from Belfast city centre.
Internationally renowned for the cuisine and service Rayanne is serving their 'Titanic Menu'. Proprietor and Chef Conor McClelland has re-created the last dinner served to first class passengers on-board this iconic ship, and the nine course menu is as sumptuous as you'd expect serving delights such as pan-seared filet mignon topped with foie gras and truffle drizzled with a Cognac, Madeira and red wine reduction served with potatoes Anna, creamed carrots and zucchini farci.
This is truly a unique dining experience served in a historic property built in 1886 with views of Belfast Lough where the Titanic sailed out. Guests are advised to arrive for 7.30pm.
The five star accommodation not only does the grand residence's decor reflect that of the ship's opulence, but displays its historical Titanic link with print by esteemed artist JW Carey clearly shows the view from Holywood Golf Links in 1912 with Rayanne House in the fore ground and majestic Titanic sitting in Belfast Lough.
