A Midsummer’s Evening Picnic – Experience AND 2023
Description
Perfect way to celebrate midsummer. Vegetarian menu.
Rooted in the celebration of the summer solstice, come to The Walled Garden, Helen’s Bay for a Midsummer Garden Picnic to while away the fading summer evening hours.
On arrival, you will be welcomed with a Midsummer Madness cocktail decorated with herbs and edible flowers grown in the garden while serenaded by local musicians.
After a garden stroll, you will sit to enjoy a delicious seasonal vegetarian two-course meal freshly prepared by local chef, Nina Cristanace of Lightfoot Zero Waste Refill Market. The meal will showcase the abundant organic produce from the garden and that of other local producers.
Firepits will glow in celebration of this ancient Celtic festival, and the evening will end on the shortest most magical night of the year.
