Description

A unique dining experience with celebrity chef Rachel Allen at Portavogie Harbour - enjoy welcome drinks and canapes, interactive starters, and main course platters followed by dessert.

Part of the Taste Autumn in Ards and North Down Programme.

Rachel Allen will demo some of the dishes from the menu which will feature the finest local produce, curated by the team at the local South Eastern Regional College (SERC).

  • This event is for those 18 years and over only.
  • Your ticket includes a cocktail on arrival (non-alcoholic and alcoholic versions will be available)
  • Please note that the menu will include meats, fish and seafood and would not be suitable for vegetarians/ vegans. 
  • Please ensure that you check with all members of your party regarding food allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements prior to booking tickets. It is the responsibility of the ticketholder to inform a member of staff at the host venue about food allergies, intolerances and specific dietary requirements.  This must be done at the time of booking by contacting events@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk.

Getting there

Car parking - Public car parks are available in the town, for more info see ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk 

Please note that the bus is committed to this schedule and should you wish to avail of the bus service please ensure that you arrive in good time per timetable.

Free return bus service | 6pm - 10pm | Abbey Street Car Park, Bangor - beside the Public Toilets (6pm), stopping at Donaghadee and Ballyhalbert. Return service at 10pm. See timetable.

Event site | Useful Information

Accessibility -  All flat surfaces on hard concrete, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Accessible parking will be available at Portavogie Harbour. Accessible portaloo toilets will be available at the site.

If you have accessibility needs or requests for accessible parking, please submit in advance, stating your requirements at the time of booking by emailing events@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk

Event staff - There will be staff on hand at the event to help with information and provide assistance on the evening, should you need it.

First Aid - There will be a First Aid Point located at the fish market, where the event is taking place.
