Family Focus Sessions at the Ulster Museum
Description
Learn something new and handle museum objects in free, family-friendly sessions in each of the Discovery Centres on the second Saturday and Sunday of the month!
The next Family Focus Sessions will take place on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th May.
On Saturday, May 10th, learn about the wonders of coral in Discover Nature, visit Discover Art to observe a two-headed calf skull, and join in with our Second World War commemorations in Discover History.
On Sunday 11th May, explore the historic woolly mammoth in Discover Art, find out facts about elephants in Discover Nature and continue to join in with our commemorations of the Second World War in Discover History.
The Ulster Museum Discovery Centres are a place to explore the museum collections in an interactive and exciting way. These family-focused sessions are drop-in and informal, providing the opportunity to touch and investigate objects on display. Some Centres will have activity-based exploration too.
