Description

An entertaining masterclass from NI’s queen of comedy on how to get yourself out of the way and let your natural creativity flow.

Do you ever find yourself stuck, unsure, held back by something telling you not to speak, write, dance, sing or generally express yourself? If so, now’s the time to find out what’s in the way of you being your real self: creative, alive, enthusiastic about life.

In this lively session, Nuala draws on her own experience of un-learning – the process of letting go of all those limiting beliefs – and becoming a conduit for the words and ideas that want to be heard.

Life is short. Life is for the living. Let it flow!
