Description

An exhibition of the works of County Down artists.

This exhibition will focus on celebrating the work of some of the most significant and prestigious artists of the twentieth century who have lived and/or worked in the Borough, such as James Humbert Craig, Daniel O’Neill, Colin Middleton, Rosamond Praeger, Frank McKelvey and David Hockney. It draws together artworks from North Down Museum’s collection and private lenders to highlight how their people, towns and landscape have been transformed into some of the finest examples of Irish modern art.
