Description

Join the MAC for a hot drink despite the hot flushes; sit back and relax (are you serious?!) to shoot the breeze (a cooling breeze, did you say?!) about all things menopause.

International Women’s Day Festival is a time for debate, education, and celebration. The MAC is creating shared digital spaces for you, the audience, along with academics, community organisers, activists and artists to explore universal feminist topics.

The Menopause Café is a group-directed discussion with no agenda, no speakers, and where no products or services are promoted. It is simply a safe space for conversations about menopause and perimenopause, to increase awareness and build support for one another. So, join us for a chat, or if you’d prefer to sit back and listen, you can do that too.

Menopause Cafés are always free, and always open to everyone, without exception.

Pay what you can afford.
