Belfast City Council are running a programme of live music in various parks in the city from 7 May to 30 September

Music in the Parks will feature a range of music from modern country, folk, jazz, trad, brass band and African drumming sessions.

The programme will run on Fridays and Sundays and will finish with a Grand Finale Concert at City Hall on Saturday 30 September.

May 2023

  • Friday 12 May. 1pm-3pm: String Ninjas at Botanic Gardens
  • Friday 19 May, 1pm-3pm: Chris Dawson at C.S. Lewis Square
  • Sunday 28 May, 1pm-3pm: Winnie Ama and the Band at Ormeau Park

June 2023

  • Sunday 04 June, 2pm-5pm: Northern Ireland Bands' Association at Ormeau Park
  • Sunday 11 June, 1pm-3pm: Duffy Family Band at Falls Park
  • Friday 16 June, 1pm-3pm: Donna Nakumsa, African Drumming Circle at Alexandra Park
  • Friday 23 June, 1pm-3pm: Jackie Rainey at C.S. Lewis Square
  • Friday 30 June, 1pm-3pm: Wookalily (Folk) at Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park

July 2023

  • Sunday 02 July, 2pm-5pm: Northern Ireland Bands' Association at Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park
  • Friday 07 July, 1pm-3pm: Ukulele Jam at Victoria Park
  • Sunday 16 July, 1pm-3pm: Winnie Ama and the Band at Drumglass Park
  • Friday 21 July, 1pm-3pm: Belfast Busking Band at Botanic Gardens
  • Thursday 27 July, 1pm-3pm: Duffy Family Band at Springfield Dam
  • Sunday 30 July, 1pm-3pm: The Rogues at Pairc nua Chollan

August 2023
