Penrhyn Strathearn Preparatory Department 70th Anniversary Concert
Description
Penrhyn Preparatory Department is excited to present a vibrant musical set in Africa called Tushi Pamoja; Swahili for ‘we want to live together’.
This musical has a great message about diversity and friendship. Through singing, creative dance, African drumming, and character interpretation, the pupils have created a wonderfully uplifting and colourful spectacle.
The Prep 7 pupils are in lead roles and performing alongside them are the Prep 1 to Prep 4 pupils.
They will also perform The Jungle Book Kids, (Music Theatre International, Broadway Junior).
The well-known Jungle Book story will come to life through face-painted characters, creative dance and singing. Again, Prep 7 pupils will take the lead roles, and this time, they are supported by the Prep 5 cast as snake dancers and the Prep 6 cast as ‘Bare Necessities’ dancers.
Come along for a fun-filled celebration of Penrhyn Strathearn Preparatory Department's 70th Anniversary.
- Admission £12.50
