From how to make meringue for a marshmallowy Meringue Roulade, Ice cream made in the traditional way from a Créme anglaise base and Raspberry Scones!
This is an action-packed class and you will pick up lots of great tips and tricks from Mary Anne and her many years professional experience in the kitchen.
You will make your own Meringue Roulade filled with fresh fruit and cream and a batch of Raspberry Scones and will have both to take home.
Class size is limited to 8 people.
