Silly old Fox? Doesn't he know? There's no such thing as a Gruffalo!
Terry Davies conducts René Aubry's inspired scores for this delightful big-screen double-bill, the Gruffalo and Room on the Broom, based on the much-loved children's books written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler.
The Gruffalo is an enchanting film about a mouse who goes in search of a nut. Confronted by three hungry animals, Mouse invents an imaginary monster to scare them away. But then he comes face to face with his own creation.
Room on the Broom tells a magical tale of friendship and family. A kind witch invites a surprising collection of animals to join her on her broom, much to the frustration of her cat. However, what happens when they encounter a fearsome dragon?
