Titanic Maritime Walking Tour
Description
Enjoy a leisurely walk along the beautiful Maritime Mile, through the Titanic Quarter to the slipways where the Titanic and her sister ship, The Olympic were built and launched.
You’ll then visit two iconic ships - the last remaining White Star Line SS Nomadic which ferried passengers to the Titanic before its fateful final journey and the HMS Caroline, which served in World War One.
The tour will visit the enormous Thompson Dry Dock where the Titanic was fitted out, once the largest dry dock in the world.
You’ll visit the Titanic Belfast Visitor Centre and learn more about its stunning, iconic, and meaningful design before finishing at the luxurious Titanic Hotel, housed in the former headquarters of Harland & Wolff. You’ll explore the history of this beautiful building and visit the very rooms where the Titanic was first conceived, commissioned, and designed.
There are plenty of stunning and significant photo opportunities along this gentle, even-grounded route and plenty of stories to be told as you make your way around!
Tours are available daily (except Tuesday) at 11am, 3pm and 6.30pm.
