Description

The Cemetery contains graves of individuals from backgrounds whose lives are woven through the fabric of the Belfast story.

The tour reminds us that the political and cultural identity of 19th Century Belfast was complex and layered; it upends stereotypes and provides a fresh approach to the history of Belfast.

£5 pay at gate - please have the exact amount available for collection before tour begins.

Féile an Phobail 2022 Full Programme >>

I Reilig na Cathrach tá uaigheanna ina bhfuil daoine ó réimse leathan cúlraí, daoine a bhfuil a saolta fite fuaite i scéal stairiúil Bhéal Feirste. Cuirfidh an turas i gcuimhne dúinn go raibh féiniúlacht pholaitiúil agus chultúrtha Bhéal Feirste i bhfad níos coimpléascaí agus níos srathaithe go mall sa 19ú céad. Iompóidh an turas seo na seansteiréitiopaí ar gach dóigh agus léireoidh sé cur chuige úr maidir le stair Bhéal Feirste.
