Something exciting is coming to Castle Ward this Easter—get ready to follow the trail, solve the clues, and claim your chocolate reward.
Head to Castle Ward National Trust for a delightful Easter trail in 2025, designed for adventurous young explorers. Embark on a fun-filled 10-point trail where children can engage in exciting activities inspired by the incredible animals that call Castle Ward home, including majestic deer, elusive badgers, playful pine martens, and lively red squirrels.
Build a cozy den for the badger, gather tasty nuts for the squirrel, jump like a fox, solve the raven’s riddle, and immerse yourself in the wonders of the forest and underwater-themed barn. Trails are priced at £3.50, and every participant will receive a chocolate egg at the end of their adventure, with dairy-free options available.
The trail runs from 15 – 27 April, 10am-4pm each day. Normal admission applies to the estate or is free for National Trust members.
The Easter trail is an additional £3.50 per child.
