Travelling in a luxury Mercedes V Class Taxi-Cab you will discover the best sights and history of Belfast with author and historian Francis Higgins.

From Titanic to Belfast Castle this in a unique experience in a wonderful city.

This unique experience is led by Belfast historian and author Francis Higgins (Religion, Riots and Rebels (2018) Tall Tales the Men of Belfast Shipyard (2022) You Could Die Laughing (2024.) On this two hour tour you will visit and experience the best sights the City of Belfast has to offer. Travelling in a Mercedes C Class vehicle you will visit Stormont and Belfast Castle taking in the fascinating history of Belfast and its citizens along the way. You’ll also visit the world famous Peacewalls and Murals and discover their dark yet fascinating history with a guide who grew up there in the midst of the conflict. Your itinerary covers the beautiful buildings and spaces of Belfast including the slipways where the world famous ship the Titanic was built and also the Titanic Quarter. You will also travel through the Cathedral Quarter and the centre of Belfast’s busy nightlife. Finishing up back at Belfast’s classical baroque City Hall you will learn a bit of the most lyrical language in the world Gaelic and will have memories and experienced places that are truly unique to this tour.

  • Age Restriction – None for the Best of Belfast Experience but over 16 Years of Age for the Political and Conflict Experience (but 11 Years of Age and over are permitted with parental attendance and consent)
  • Duration - Two Hours
  • Vehicle – Mercedes V Class (Silver with tinted windows)
  • Customer Support – Vehicle fitted with passenger audio surround sound and stopping points are supported with actual photographs and videos
  • Weather Conditions – All weathers
  • Tour Meeting Location – Customers are picked up from the Front of the City Hall Gates
  • Tour Start Time – from 9:30 am – 6:30pm (Spring and Summer Schedule)
