A £75 deposit will be taken at the time of booking, per room booked. Good news! Although this deposit cannot be refunded it can be transferred, for the same offer to an alternative date. Offer is subject to availability and does not apply to existing bookings.

Room upgrades- guest will be allocated the next higher grade room type to the room type reserved. (eg deluxe room reserved, upgraded to deluxe lough view, deluxe lough view reserved, upgraded to Estate room). Complimentary late checkout to 1pm - charges will apply for guest checking out after this time.

These rates are non -commissionable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotion.

**Due to scheduled maintenance the Swimming Pool will be closed from 4th July for 4 weeks. The other Spa facilities will remain open including the Treatment rooms, Tylarium and Steam Room.
