Description
Day tours and walking holidays along the Giant's Causeway Coast, the Glens of Antrim, Belfast Hills and Mourne Mountains.
Departures daily, all year round - book early to avoid disappointment but no later than 8pm the day before you intend to do the tour.
Atlantic Coast Drive
Your day commences with ‘one of the world's great road journeys' as you drive along one of the most outstanding scenic drives in the world! The road hugs the coastline from Larne to Cushendall and takes in beautiful towns and villages, encompassing the stunning Glens of Antrim.
Carrick‐A‐Rede
First stop is a visit to the Carrick‐A‐Rede rope bridge, a one‐time bridge used by fishermen to access an out crop in order to check their salmon fishing nets, the rope bridge is now available all year round for anyone wishing to walk on a moving bridge some 30 metres above the sea!
Cliff Walk to the Giant's Causeway
Continuing to the tiny village of Dunseverick to commence a breathtaking cliff path walk to the Giant's Causeway site. Paced to allow visitors to take in the endless photo opportunities, meander along a mainly grass path for just over two hours. The terrain is suitable for all walkers of average fitness - (you do not need to be a regular walker or super fit - but you must have the ability to walk for 5 miles). Comfortable walking shoes, layered clothing, and waterproof jacket are recommended for all seasons ‐ sunhat and sunglasses for the fortunate few! The views are simply spectacular throughout.
Day Tour Excludes: Optional entrance fee to Carrick‐A‐Rede Rope Bridge.

What to Bring
Comfortable shoes essential and a waterproof coat advisable. A general level of health and fitness is sufficient to complete this short walk. The walk is designed for first time visitors with ample time for photo stops. Walkers are also advised to carry some water and to bring a picnic.

Day Tour Includes

Cavehill Walking Tour
Every Wednesday and Saturday from May – September.
A guided 3 mile (4.8km) walking tour of Cavehill which provides fantastic views over Belfast and beyond. The hike starts and finishes at the front door of the Belfast Castle.
Times: 2.30pm – 5pm
Tickets: £19 per person (minimum of two), available from the Visit Belfast Welcome Centre.
