Clockwise is a serviced work and event space based in the ultra-modern River House building at the heart of the city centre. They specialise in co-working and are proud to offer super flexible day rates and rolling monthly memberships for club space, dedicated desks and private offices.

Flexible Co-working and Private Office Space
Clockwise works your way by offering easy-to-book day rates and flexible monthly rolling contracts. Day rates can be booked on their website or purchased on the day at their reception desk. Clockwise offers the perfect co-working environment to allow you to switch off from the hustle and bustle of the city and focus on your work.

In the co-working club space, you will find a mix of practical hot-desks with tabletop plug and charging points; comfy sofas and chill out areas; super-fast Wi-Fi; acoustic phone hoods; a locally-run café offering a wide range of refreshments; secure storage and access to printing and scanning facilities.

Additional Services and Facilities Onsite
Upon arrival you will receive a warm welcome from the Clockwise reception team. They can assist with services including mail/package handling, booking transportation, assisting with dining/leisure bookings and booking meeting rooms onsite.

On the second floor you will find a spacious outdoor terrace with iconic views of the Harland and Wolff cranes and the Albert Memorial Clock.  It is furnished with tables, chairs and bright coloured cushions and beanbags. Clockwise provides complimentary access to showers with changing facilities, bike rack storage, phone hoods and private phone booths.

IT and Equipment

In Clockwise you will find state of the art equipment in the meeting rooms, co-working and event space. The building is equipped with super-fast and reliable 1G fibre internet. This service is fully managed with additional back up lines in place.

Enjoy hire and use of a freestanding 65-inch TV and use of a Sonos sound system during events in our club lounge. Meeting rooms include use of large writable magnetic walls; smart TVs with table top HDMI connections, conference phones and separate dedicated conference Wi-Fi.

Catering Options
Clockwise endeavours to support smaller local businesses in all aspects of our operations. River Coffee House is our on-site café which is owned and managed by the Newell family. Visitors to River Coffee House receive a warm and personalised service and are spoilt for choice with a wide range of refreshments available.  Open 7.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday, River Coffee House offers a delightful choice of breakfast and lunch items alongside barista coffee options and cold beverages.

River Coffee House also specialises in corporate catering and can offer a bespoke package designed for your meeting or event. The menu is available online and is updated regularly, see www.espressocateringco.co.uk for more details. Day delegate packages are available for our meeting rooms which include catering options for tea/coffee breaks and lunch.
