Description

A working brewery with licensed restaurant in a beautiful and historic setting at Hilden House, located in the village of Hilden, close to Lisburn.

Hilden Brewery is a family run microbrewery. The brewhouse was once the stables of Hilden House, the former residence of the Barbour family. The brewery is situated behind the old Barbour Threads Linen Mill, one of the last surviving working linen mills in Northern Ireland, an industry that the area is renowned for.

Visitors to the brewery can discover the magic of brewing and learn about this ancient craft from the master brewer and perhaps share in his enthusiasm for the wonderful process which converts malt and hops into one of the finest beverages known to man, traditionally brewed beer. Visitors can then sample the subtleties of flavour and character of Hilden's finest beers.
