The family rooms with a double bed and a sofa bed can comfortably sleep up to two adults and two children, or three adults. The hotel is completely wheelchair accessible with six bedrooms designed to accommodate specific guest needs, with interconnecting bedrooms for carers or larger families. The extensive Conference Centre at Holiday Inn Express Belfast Queen's Quarter provides exceptional service and value for money.  The facility boasts 5 air-conditioned new conference rooms with seating for up to 120 delegates. Free Wi-Fi for delegates is included.

The Holiday Inn Express offers free cooked breakfast to all guests, with a tempting range of hot and continental items plus juices and tea or coffee. Lunch is also provided as well as a dinner service with a mouth-watering menu of dishes. Children under 12 eat free.
