World Snooker Tours Northern Ireland Open returns to Waterfront Hall in October 2023

The annual battle for the Alex Higgins Trophy runs from October 22-29, with snooker’s finest players converging on the Northern Irish capital for eight days of world class sport.

Tickets for the 2023 Northern Ireland Open, at Belfast’s atmospheric Waterfront Hall, are now available to purchase.

The 2023 edition of the yearly battle for the Alex Higgins Trophy runs from October 22nd to 29th, with snooker’s finest players converging on the Northern Irish capital for eight days of world class sport.

Mark Allen won the BetVictor Northern Ireland Open for the second consecutive year in 2022, beating Zhou Yuelong 9-4 in the final in Belfast

Judd Trump won the event three years in a row from 2018 to 2020, each time beating Ronnie O’Sullivan 9-7 in the final.

Part of the BetVictor Home Nations Series, the tournament features 128 of the world’s leading players, battling for the famous Alex Higgins Trophy.

The epic 2017 final saw Mark Williams edge out Yan Bingtao 9-8 in a classic content. And in 2016 Mark King won his first ranking title with a 9-8 win over Barry Hawkins
