  • Belfast Political and Mural Tour

    This tour tells the story of Northern Ireland's recent, violent past. Hear how 'The Troubles' started and finished and everything in between. The tour is largely concentrated on the west of the city where the protestant Shankill Road meets the Catholic Falls Road. Hear some stories of what happened during the 35 years of the conflict and how they came to an end. The final stop is the international wall where some of the murals depict other conflicts around the world.

  • Belfast City Tour

    Take a taxi tour and hear the history of the city from its origins as a crossing on a river to the building of Titanic and the rebirth of the city after the "troubles". On the tour you will see and hear how the city grew from a collection of villages in the 17th century to the city it is today.

    Belfast was granted city status by Queen Victoria in 1888. A time when Belfast led the world in linen manufacturing, rope making, engineering and shipbuilding. At the end of the 19th century Belfast was home to the largest shipyard in the world with over 35,000 men employed there.

    The tour starts in the city centre and takes you through three of the ‘Belfast Quarters', The ‘Titanic Quarter', ‘Queen's Quarter' and the ‘Cathedral Quarter'. The fourth quarter, the ‘Gaeltacht Quarter' is covered in by the Political and Mural Tour.

  • North Antrim Coast (Giant's Causeway)

  • Derry/Londonderry Tour

    Nicknamed the Maiden City by virtue of the fact that its walls were never breached during the 105 days Siege of Derry in 1689, Derry/Londonderry is the second largest city in Northern Ireland and was the UK City of Culture 2013.

    Take the trip to the city, in a private taxi, experiencing the amazing scenery as you travel through the Glenshane mountain pass of the Sperrin Mountains. Once in the city you will be taken to see Murals and Monuments depicting some of the city's political history including a visit to the Bogside area where it is said that the ‘Troubles' began.

    There will also be free time to do a bit of shopping or walk the historical medieval city walls or the modern Peace Bridge across the River Foyle linking historically divided communities on the east and west banks.

    The tour will take you to some of the most important archaeological sites in Ireland. The sites are deeply immersed in Irish mythology and history. They were built during the Stone Age using large slabs of rock which were transported to where they sit today over 5000 years later. The designs on the stones were carved using chisels made from bones (metal had not yet been discovered).
