Description

Stormont Parliament Buildings is open to the public 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. Visitors can take a free tour and enjoy lunch or afternoon tea in the Members' Dining Room.

The architect Sir Arnold Thornely, who was knighted by King George V in recognition of his architectural work, designed the building with perfect symmetry and symbolism, such as the building being 365ft wide representing one foot for every day of the year and having six floors and six pillars at the entrance, one for each county in Northern Ireland.

The Members' Dining Room, an award winning restaurant, is open to the public all year round for lunch and afternoon tea between Monday - Friday, 12 - 4pm.

All food is lovingly prepared by talented and award winning chefs who are committed to using only locally available fresh produce and ingredients.

Booking is necessary. For reservations please call 028 9052 1041. Please find details of the menu on the website: parliamentbuildings.org/members-dining-room/
