The Restaurant at The Fitzwilliam Hotel, what an unusual room, with communal tables and stunning high-backed chairs, you know your experience will be very good.

The head chef, Ryan McFarland, is a Belfast native whose cooking style is light and contemporary with modern influences, using local and seasonal ingredients.
All-day menus have been created which are sumptuous but also wholesome, elegantly simple and uncomplicated. Naturally, the chefs use the finest fresh local produce carefully prepared in the Fitzwilliam kitchens. Their aim is to achieve great flavour and redefine casual dining.
The result is, well, astonishing. It's also refreshingly affordable.
A pre-theatre menu is available: 2 courses £18.50, 3 courses £23.50.
Indulge in afternoon tea from £35 per couple, including home baked scones, hand made artisan chocolates and finger sandwiches with baked ham, smoked salmon, free range chicken or choose the delicious vegetarian option.
