Located on Donegall Square North (opposite Belfast City Hall) in Belfast City Centre, our visitor information advisors have information on pretty much everything, whether you need to book accommodation, buy tickets for events or find out about visitor attractions, tours, and transport within Belfast and Northern Ireland.
Visitors and locals can also discover Belfast's story, brought to life on plasma screens, or read about major attractions on the self-service touch screens.

    The Visit Belfast Welcome Centre has a left luggage facility so visitors can securely store their luggage while exploring the city.

    It costs £4 for a half day or £6 for a full day (per bag).

    Luggage storage may be liable to a random inspection.
