This yuletide market offers an authentic feast of international cuisine alongside a mix of handcrafted goods and bespoke artisan products.
The popular Belfast Christmas Market returns to Belfast City Hall from 17 November (from 12 noon) – 22 December 2018 and is open:
- Monday – Wednesday: 10am - 8pm
- Thursday – Saturday: 10am - 10pm (Open 12noon on Saturday 17 November. Closes 6pm on Saturday 22 December).
- Sunday: 12pm – 6pm
Enjoy a warming mug of hot Glühwein, feast on a hog roast, indulge in some mouth-watering Belgian chocolates, baklava, crepes and specialty cheeses, or savour the delicate flavours of meats from across the continent, all in an atmosphere overflowing with Christmas cheer.
Experience the outdoor food court and indulge in a spot of people watching, or enjoy the Continental Bar and Lavery's traditional Irish Bar where you can hear some great live music.
Bring the children to visit Santa in his magical grotto and support a local charity. After meeting the big man, why not take a ride on the vintage carousel, or get a birds eye view of the market from the top of the helter skelter?
The grotto will be open Monday to Wednesday 3pm – 6pm, Thursday to Friday 2pm – 7pm, Saturday 11am to 7pm and Sunday 12noon to 6pm.
And if you post Santa a letter (in his post box in the grounds of the Belfast Christmas Market) by Tuesday 18 December, you'll receive a letter back from him!
