Description

The seventh annual Deep RiverRock Belfast City Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 22 September 2019. The race will begin at 9am on Ormeau Embankment and will finish in Ormeau Park.

Anyone interested in registering to take part in this year’s event can now do so by visiting the Belfast City Marathon website and completing registration through the MyTicket app.
Over 5,000 participants are expected to take part this year, in the largest half marathon event in Northern Ireland.  Entrants will take on the popular flat and fast 13.1 mile route, which weaves its way throughout the four corners of the city. The route remains the same as 2018.  Prices for registration are:
  • £30.00 for all registered athletes
  • £32.00 for all unregistered athletes.

Closing date for all registrations is Friday 30 August 2019 (unless the event reaches capacity prior:  this event has sold out for the past two years). 
There are Five Official Charity Partners this year:  BART, Cancer Focus NI, Air Ambulance NI, Stroke Association and Action Mental Health.
