Description

Sign up for an exclusive Downy Duckling Tour and get behind the scenes access to Castle Espie's newly renovated Duckery.

Witness the whole egg-to-duckling process alongside one of their experts, who will guide you through the duckling nursery and incubation areas.
Each tour offers a unique opportunity to discover how ducklings develop inside an egg, hatch out of the shell and then develop, offering you the chance to meet the cutest and fluffiest arrivals.
The Duckery at Castle Espie Wetland Centre has undergone a major renovation and now includes state of the art diving duck tanks, showing off some of the rare and exotic species housed in the Close Encounters Area. Don't forget that the Duckery will be open every day in July and August between 10am – 5pm.
Tours are taking place from Monday 2 July to Sunday 8 July at 12 noon, 2pm and 3pm each day. Each tour is limited to 12 people, due to space restrictions.
Advance booking is required. To book your place, please contact Karl.Simmonds@wwt.org.uk or call 028 9187 4146.
