Description

Holocaust Memorial Day, is the anniversary of the 1945 liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau. Each year, this day is dedicated to remembering those who died and suffered in The Holocaust and subsequent genocides.

To mark this commemoration in 2019, the Executive Office is organising a regional Holocaust Memorial Day event
in partnership with Holocaust Memorial Day Trust and Belfast City Council.
This free public event will take place in Belfast City Hall on the evening of Thursday 24 January.
