Terms & Conditions

1. Employees and the immediate families of Visit Belfast, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.  

2. Closing date for receipt of entries is Monday 8th December 11:59pm.  

3. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.  

4. Entry is via the visitbelfast.com website.  

5. The winner will be selected at random by Visit Belfast.  

6. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize or any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.  

7. Visit Belfast will not accept competition entries that are automatically generated by computer or completed by third parties in bulk.  

8. Visit Belfast's decision is final and no dispute will be entered into.  

9. The prize will be as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.  

10. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.  

11. The winner will be notified by telephone by Tuesday 9th December at 5pm.  

12. The winner must be 18 or over.  

13. There will be one winner who will win a studio tour for 2 and lunch at the Game of Thrones studio tour, a family membership for one year to Montalto Estate and a ceramic painting experience for two at Art Studio 23.

15. The Montalto Estate prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The membership must be activated by 31st January 2026; after this date, the prize will be forfeited. Once activated, the membership will be valid for 12 months from the activation date. The prize is subject to Montalto Estate’s standard membership terms and conditions, which apply upon activation.  

16. The Art Studio 23 prize is valid for one ceramic painting experience for two people at Art Studio 23, 26 Upper Water Street, Newry. Each participant may choose one ceramic item from our standard selection to paint during the session. Booking is required in advance, subject to availability. Voucher must be used within 6 months from the date the competition ends. Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative workshops. Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the original winner (ID may be requested on arrival). In the event of cancellation by the winner, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule; failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of the experience. Art Studio 23 reserves the right to alter or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice. 

17. If the selected winner does not confirm receipt of the prize by Wednesday 10th December, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner.  

18. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.  

19. Only entrants to the competition can redeem the prize. If the selected winner is unable to redeem the prize, another winner will be selected at random.  

20. The promoter reserves the right to change the details of this competition at any time and any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
