Description

Established as one of the city's main venues for live music, hosting international touring acts, sell out club nights and local live bands.

Due to the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), Limelight has been closed to the public until at least Sunday 22 March. For more information visit facebook.com/limelightbelfast.

Already established as the most famous venue for live music in the country, having hosted legendary shows from the likes of Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, Snow Patrol and Manic Street Preachers, The Limelight Complex has recently enjoyed a major overhaul.

The Limelight 1 is a multi-million pound live music and club venue with state-of-the-art lighting and sound that has welcomed everyone from Anthrax to Two Door Cinema Club since opening its doors in September 2012. The venue also plays host to weekly sellout club nights that cater for most musical tastes with great drinks offers.

The original home of live music - The Limelight (renamed Limelight 2) now boasts improved lighting and sound while the always welcoming Katy's Bar also enjoyed a refurbishment.
