Located on Donegall Square North (opposite Belfast City Hall) in Belfast city centre, our multilingual visitor information advisors have information on pretty much everything, whether you need to book accommodation, buy tickets for events or find out about visitor attractions, tours, and transport within Belfast and Northern Ireland.
Visitors and locals can also discover Belfast's story, brought to life on plasma screens, or read about major attractions on the multilingual self-service touch screens.
Visitors from outside the European Union are able to take advantage of tax free shopping in the Visit Belfast Welcome Centre gift shop, which offers a wide range of local handmade gifts and souvenirs.

Left Luggage Storage
The Visit Belfast Welcome Centre has a left luggage facility so visitors can securely store their luggage while exploring the city.
It costs £4 for a half day or £6 for a full day (per bag) and photographic ID is required.
Luggage storage may be liable to a random inspection.
Storage during opening hours only: Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm, Sundays 11am to 4pm from June to September. Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm, Sundays 11am to 4pm from October to May.
