Description

We’ve missed you, so we're doing everything we can to keep you and our visitor servicing teams safe and provide the warm welcome and first class information service we are known for.

Throughout July we will be opening Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5pm. Here are some of the measures we’ve put in place to ensure your safety:

  • A welcome face at the door – to manage customer flow and enable visitors to adhere to social distancing

  • Hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the centre, from the front door right through to our customer information desks

  • Additional cleaning has been put in place - to ensure frequently touched surfaces are regularly cleaned

  • One way system – to help you around the centre easily and safely

  • Signage and ground floor markings – to help you social-distance easily

  • Contactless payment – where possible, we’re encouraging a cashless payment option

  • For the time being, we will not be providing a left-luggage service
