Value Car Parks’ state-of-the-art car park at 19-35 Grosvenor Road has 575 parking spaces over 12 levels. Just a short stroll from Belfast City Centre, it’s in a great location for shopping trips, leisurely lunches or evenings in the city. Standard hourly rates start from £3.30 per hour (£2.20 per hour for the first four hours when you arrive before 12 noon Monday to Friday), or park overnight for just £8.
Special Offer: Evening rate (5pm up to 1am) £6 or overnight rate (5pm up to 8am next day) £8

On-street Car Parking

On-street car parking charges apply Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 6pm in certain areas of Belfast. On-street charged car parking is free on Sundays and after 6pm Monday – Saturday.
Free Parking in Evenings and on Sundays

Belfast City Council Managed Car Parks
Belfast City Council charged car parks (with the exception of Smithfield and Bankmore Street) are open and free to use outside of charged hours (typically 8am – 6pm, Monday to Saturday – some exceptions apply) which means that they are free in the evenings and on Sundays.
On-street Car Parking
Free on-street car parking is available in Belfast City Centre after 6pm Monday – Saturday, and all day Sunday.
