Fleadh Event Form

You can now submit your event for inclusion in Visit Belfast’s ‘Beyond the Fleadh’ event listings by completing the form below. The team will review your submission and, if it meets the guidelines, will publish it on visitbelfast.com. They aim to make events live within 72 hours.

Please read the notes below before submitting your event:

  • Only events taking place between 2nd – 9th August will be considered for listing.
  • The team reserves the right to determine whether a submission is suitable for inclusion. Events deemed outside the scope of the Fleadh will not be added.
  • All events must be submitted at least 7 days in advance of the event date.
  • A photo must be included with your submission - events submitted without an image will be declined.
  • Images must be in landscape format, contain no text, and be no larger than 2MB. Submissions with non-compliant images will not be approved.
  • Please use standard capitalisation when completing the form - submissions written in capital letters will be declined.
