Bakehouse NI is a small, homely cookery school set in the countryside near the village of Bellaghy in Mid-Ulster offering classes in baking, cooking and foraging.

Bakehouse NI provide cookery experiences and classes in baking, cooking and foraging based around traditional recipes and seasonal produce. Their forage and bake classes allow you have the opportunity to forage in the local countryside for seasonal fruit, flowers and herbs such as sloes, blackberries, elderflowers or wild garlic and make wonderful sweet and savoury bakes and treats with your seasonal delights.

Bakehouse NI also offer traditional bread baking, cake decorating and afternoon tea classes. You may also choose to just to watch a baking or cooking demo and this is also offered in the Gypsy caravan luxury afternoon tea experience. Bakehouse are happy to create a bespoke experience as well if you are particularly interested in learning something.

Classes from 12pm with last class at 6pm.
