Description

The Visit Belfast Welcome Centre will reopen on Friday 30 April.

We are still providing vital information services on our website, and visitors can email queries to info@visitbelfast.com or telephone 028 9024 6609. You can also tweet your queries using #AskVisitBelfast.

Once we reopen here are some of the measures we’ve put in place to ensure your safety:

  • A welcome face at the door – to manage customer flow and enable visitors to adhere to social distancing

  • Automated customer counting system with visual prompts

  • Hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the centre, from the front door right through to our customer information desks

  • Additional cleaning has been put in place - to ensure frequently touched surfaces are regularly cleaned

  • One way system – to help you around the centre easily and safely

  • Signage and ground floor markings – to help you social-distance easily

  • Contactless payment – where possible, we’re encouraging a cashless payment option

  • For the time being, we will not be providing a left-luggage service
