Please note, Northern Ireland will be in a six-week lockdown from 26 December. During this period all non-essential retailers, visitor attractions and accommodation providers will be closed and pubs, cafés and restaurants will be open for takeaway only.
Description
The Visit Belfast Welcome will be closed from 4pm on Thursday 24 December and will remain closed until restrictions are eased.
Once we reopen here are some of the measures we’ve put in place to ensure your safety:
- A welcome face at the door – to manage customer flow and enable visitors to adhere to social distancing
- Hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the centre, from the front door right through to our customer information desks
- Additional cleaning has been put in place - to ensure frequently touched surfaces are regularly cleaned
- One way system – to help you around the centre easily and safely
- Signage and ground floor markings – to help you social-distance easily
- Contactless payment – where possible, we’re encouraging a cashless payment option
- For the time being, we will not be providing a left-luggage service

Left Luggage Storage - Currently Unavailable
The Visit Belfast Welcome Centre has a left luggage facility so visitors can securely store their luggage while exploring the city.
It costs £4 for a half day or £6 for a full day (per bag) and photographic ID is required.
Luggage storage may be liable to a random inspection.
Storage during opening hours only: Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm, Sundays 11am to 4pm from June to September. Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm, Sundays 11am to 4pm from October to May.

Ticketing Box Office and Ticketmaster
The Visit Belfast Welcome Centre sells a range of tickets for visitor attractions, sightseeing tours, events and festivals through its Ticketing Box Office.
Following Ticketmaster Ireland’s decision to close its remaining network of ticket outlets, the Ticketmaster outlet at Visit Belfast Welcome Centre closed on the Monday 3 August 2020.
If you were unable to get to visit Visit Belfast Welcome Centre’s Ticketmaster outlet before 3 August, customers can still apply for a refund directly from Ticketmaster via this link .
Check the status of your event/concert/show: click the following link and searching for the artist or show you have tickets for www.ticketmaster.ie/eventupdate.
If the event/concert/show is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the new date does not suit, you can apply for a refund using the clicking the following link www.ticketmaster.ie/outletrefund
