Fungi Training Identification Workshop

Learn how to identify fungi found in Northern Ireland in this outdoor workshop at Peatlands Park.
Fascinated by fungi? Join the Centre for Environmental Data and Recording (CEDaR) for a fungi identification workshop on Friday 25th October at Peatlands Park.
In this workshop, Mark Wright will introduce species of fungi found in Northern Ireland. We will look at features used to identify them and what resources are available to help. The introduction will take place in the education room at Peatlands Park where teas and coffees will be provided. After the introduction, we will explore the nearby grounds of Peatlands Park to find species to identify and put your newfound skills into practice.
Please note this event is taking place at Peatlands Park 33 Derryhubbert Road, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT71 6NW, not at the Ulster Folk Museum.
