Description

The Samhain special traditional music trail is back this year!

With 2 local, professional traditional musicians and storytellers as your guides, embark on a musical tour in Belfast City Centre at 3pm.

Enjoy a local beverage as you learn about the ancient traditions of Samhain, which became what we now know as Halloween. Our musicians will treat you with some of the oldest tunes and songs in the traditional repertoire, along with very eerie Celtic legends and local folklore.

You will be visiting 2 traditional pubs along the way, all situated in the heart of the City. After a first stop in Belfast's finest session house, your guides will lead you through cobbled alleyways and show you some important musical landmarks before cosying back in the basement of one of Belfast oldest buildings for a deadly dance date!

Don't back away in front of our Dance Master as he bewitches you into trying a few steps…

Total walking distance will be roughly 900m, including some stairs. The walking pace will be light and we aim to keep our group together at all times. Please get in touch with us before booking if you have any mobility concerns or if you plan to bring any children under 18 years of age. Email:info@belfasttradtrail.com
