Description
Roll up your sleeves and get ready for a fun morning of festive baking at Wee Buns Cookery School!
Recipes:
- Mince Pies with buttery shortcrust pastry and homemade mincemeat
- Sausage Rolls made with puff pastry
- Chocolate Yule Log
Join for a fun morning in this hands-on Christmas Baking Class.
You will learn the techniques and lots of useful tips to bring your festive baking to a new level.
Classic mince pies, a chocolate yule log and possibly the tastiest sausage rolls ever.
You will make the mince pies filled with homemade mincemeat, including making your own shortcrust pastry.
You will the watch a demonstration of the Sausage Rolls and making and icing of the Christmas Cake.
You will of course be tasting everything, and you will have your own delicious Mince Pies and the recipes to take home.
Note this class is approximately 3.5 – 4 hours and is suitable for all levels of experience.
