Hinch Distillery Tours and Experiences

With a dram or two of Whiskey, wander through the distillery, sit amongst the casks, pour an Irish coffee or for the gin lovers -craft your own bottle of Gin.

Their distillery, just 20 minutes outside of Belfast, offers a variety of tours and experiences for Whiskey and Gin lovers alike. They also offer drivers' options too!  

Saturday 21st December at 12pm and 4pm our Whiskey tour, a feast of your 5 senses, will take you through the distillery to see, hear, touch, smell and of course taste all things whiskey.  

At 2pm, their Legacy tour will lead you through the story of their whiskey, distillery and into their warehouse to sit amongst the casks tasting award winning New Make spirit and limited release whiskeys as well as a distillery exclusive, wrap up warm but the whiskey will heat you too! 

At 5.30pm their Gin School commences; students will have an education that is like history meets home economics and get a chance to work with the botanicals of their choice to create their own unique recipe and their own unique 500ml bottle of gin. 

Sunday 22nd December at 12pm and 4pm they have their Whiskey tours running and their Irish Coffee and Hot Toddy workshop will teach you how make the perfect pour of two well-known drinks with not so well-known histories. Fully interactive and hands on a great laugh to get your friends back together! 

Tours will be back on Friday 27th December. At 12pm you will see their Legacy tour getting truly backstage at the distillery, a relaxed afternoon after the mayhem, 2pm and 4pm our Whiskey tours will be going through the distillery as usual, then 6pm - Some like it Hot.  

Saturday 28th December their whiskey tours will run at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm, Gin School at 5.30pm . 

If New Years Eve celebrations are a thing of the past and the grandparents are still available to babysit or if you need a good excuse to get away, relax and decompress wrap up the year on Sunday 29th December whiskey tours will be at 12pm and 4pm with Gin School in the middle at 2pm. 

Please note:

They do not refund but they will honor bookings for 1 year so if life plays against you getting out, they will be happy to welcome you in 2025.
