What better way to burn off those holiday calories than to enjoy an informal hike through the stunning landscape of the Lagan Valley Regional Park.

What better way to burn off those holiday calories than to enjoy an informal hike through the stunning landscape of the Lagan Valley Regional Park. This walk will follow a variety of trails, through woodland, along the River Lagan and take in some moderate hills before returning to the barge for some well-earned refreshments. Distance around 4 miles. Requires moderate fitness and includes uneven and hilly terrain. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.

Meet outside Lock Keeper's Cottage at 2pm
