Description

The Education Authority Music Service (Dundonald Office) bands and orchestras are performing in the beautiful setting of the Assembly Buildings Conference Centre for their end of year Showcase Concert.

Join on 18th May to hear the Youth Orchestra and 4 groups from the area centres (Lisburn/Down and North Down/Castlereagh). Come and enjoy the wealth of talent on display and be entertained by a wide-ranging programme, including music by Rossini, J Strauss and John Williams, and with selections from The Greatest Showman, Grease and a Disney Spectacular!

The concert will feature over 230 young musicians aged from 7 – 18, representing over 70 local schools. The students travel and rehearse one evening every week during term time led by experienced conductors and tutors, and supported by their parents, friends and families.
