Who:

The Fear Forest event is designed for anyone who enjoys the thrill of being scared, particularly recommended for those aged 9 and older. It’s perfect for families with older children, groups of friends, and adults seeking an exciting and spine-chilling adventure. Though younger children can attend, they must meet certain height and weight requirements to participate in the zipline activities.

What:

Fear Forest is an immersive Halloween experience, filled with eerie attractions and terrifying characters like demonic clowns, lurking in the shadows of the dark forest. Visitors can expect a variety of adrenaline-pumping activities, including:

- Ghost Coaster: An Alpine Coaster ride through the haunted forest, surrounded by spooky atmospheres.

- Night Fall Zip Line: A daring 250-meter zipline adventure after dark, soaring over the forest and giving a bird's-eye view of the terrifying scenes below.

- Night Walk: A guided tour through the darkest parts of the forest, filled with unsettling sounds, haunted attractions, and spooky characters hiding in the shadows.

There are ticket options available for both participants and spectators:

-Standard Entry Night Pass (£25 per person): Includes two rides on the Ghost Coaster, one pass for the zipline, the night walk, and ghost stories.

-Spectator Fee Pass (£10 per person): Allows access for those who want to watch without participating in the main activities.

Where:

The event takes place at Colin Glen Forest Park in Belfast, with entry through the Mountain Entrance. The secluded nature of the forest adds to the eerie atmosphere, making it the perfect location for a haunted Halloween experience.

When:

The Fear Forest will run from 11th-31st October 2024, offering nightly experiences that last approximately two hours. Visitors are advised to dress appropriately, as this is an outdoor, all-weather event.

This event is the first of its kind in the city, ensuring an evening filled with fear, fun, and excitement that you won’t forget!

Standard Night passes are perfect for ages 9+, but also great for adults, date nights, groups of friends, and families with older children. Younger children are granted access but to use the zipline they must be at least 1.3 meters in height and be a minimum weight of 30kg. This event is created to scare people, you must be prepared to get a fright!
