Description

This Halloween, McConnell’s Distillery invites you to step back in time and experience the supernatural within its haunted walls.

McConnell's Irish Whisky is set to host a spine-chilling Halloween event at its new home in the A-Wing of Crumlin Road Gaol, North Belfast, on Thursday, 31st October. This exclusive experience will blend McConnell’s rich heritage with haunting paranormal tales, offering guests a night of whiskey, mystery, and supernatural intrigue.

In collaboration with the NI Paranormal Research Association, Northern Ireland’s leading paranormal research group, the event will feature two chilling experiences, perfect for a Halloween date night or a spook-tacular evening with friends:

Paranormal Signature Tour

Step into the shadows this Hallowe’en for a Paranormal Signature Tour of McConnell’s Distillery, guided by renowned paranormal investigator Warren Coates. With decades of experience, Warren has conducted ghost hunts in some of Northern Ireland's most haunted locations, including Springhill House in Moneymore and Belfast’s Clifton House. On this special tour, guests will not only uncover the history of McConnell's Irish Whisky but also delve into the hidden stories of the Gaol’s A Wing. Along the way, you may even encounter other "spirits" from the prison's long history.

Paranormal Q&A Session

For those fascinated by ghostly encounters, the evening continues with an immersive Paranormal Q&A Session. Join seasoned ghost hunter Warren as he shares captivating stories from his paranormal investigations, in conversation with broadcaster Robin Elliott. Guests will delve into the mysteries of spirit energy and unexplained phenomena, all set against the eerie backdrop of one of Belfast’s most haunted landmarks. Tickets include a McConnell’s Brew welcome drink.

Guests can choose to enjoy both spine-tingling experiences at £30 per ticket, or opt for just the Paranormal Q&A for £15 a ticket.
